"content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Speaker, for the opportunity to speak on the Report as well as the Finance Bill. From my experience, there are normally three things that can tell you the trajectory a country is taking. One of them is the level of savings, the other one is the number of patterns you can find in that country and the third one is the money that is allocated to education. I am very conscious of the fact that the Budget Estimates have been published. With that in mind, I am ready to make my comments on the Finance Bill.
