    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, there is the issue of hunger, especially from the Arid and Semi- Arid Lands (ASALS) communities and we have seen people dying. So, I really appreciate this recess so that we can go and update ourselves on the situation to avoid people dying because of hunger. Considering that hon. Members seem to do more than what the Provincial Administration could be doing – checking on what is happening in people’s lives, it has to be us and I think it is high time that we go on recess."
