    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I support the Bill. Taxation is the principal source of revenue in all governments in the world. There is no any other source of revenue for governments. The handshake Government over-borrowed and over- spent. As a country, we cannot borrow anymore. I want to talk about the issue of 16 per cent on petroleum. Many of us were here in the 12th Parliament. On Wednesday, 31st August 2018, we sat here as Members of Parliament to delay the implementation of 16 per cent tax on fuel.
