    "content": " Thank you Hon. Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to contribute to this Bill. From the word “go”, I oppose it. I want to clarify that my beard is natural and not artificial. I oppose this Bill because we are just coming back from elections in which the Government in power promised to make life easier for Kenyans. If you look at this Bill, in Clause 33, you will find that it is proposing to remove very critical items such as flour, cassava and wheat from the zero-rating category."
