    "content": "The petitioners therefore pray that the Senate intervenes in this matter with a view to: (1) investigate the delay to issue the recommendation to Parliament by the Ministry of Environment, Climate Change and Forestry and Kenya Forest Services and fast track the recommendation for the gazettement of the 1,577.86 hectares in Lugari Turbo Forest comprising the Mautama Central Settlement Scheme; and, (2) make any recommendation that it deems fit on the matter."
