    "content": "As we talk about the conduct of police, it is important for us to note that we have officers who have stayed in one location for many years. I know of officers who have been in Luanda Market for 10 years. These are the people who facilitate crime. All they do is look for those engaged in producing and consuming busaa and c hangaa and do nothing else. This Statement should not just apply to Bungoma but we want it to apply to other counties that have a similar problem like mine where police spend more time looking for people enjoying their drink, busaa in this case."
