    "content": " Okay. Hon. CS and Members, statements in the media are inadmissible and do not speak to the accuracy of any matter that can be discussed in this House. Therefore, as you rise to ask supplementary questions, do not refer to any statement in the Press. I am going to read to you Standing Order No.51(b) (3) (g). It states that- “A Question shall not – ask whether any statement in the press or of a private individual or unofficial body, other than an official government report, is accurate;” Therefore, do not question whatever you read in the newspapers, whether it is accurate or not. We do not go by statements in the newspapers. Therefore, be guided as you ask your questions to the CS. That is the provision of our Standing Orders. We cannot discuss statements in the media because the accuracy of those statements cannot be verified. Proceed, Sen. Cheruiyot."
