    "content": "I was foreseeing this happening and drafted a contract for them to sign, for them to bid at certain prices. However, this is private investment. They told us we cannot give them conditions since, they will borrow money from the bank at an interest and we wanted to dictate to them how much they will sell. Secondly, this was a bad time when there were currency fluctuations, all imports are done on the dollar and there was insufficient supply in the market. It was not possible because the Kenyan Shilling was weakening. We had to run away from it so that we can have incentives to ask people to give us supply. You may have money but nothing to buy."
