Cabinet Secretary, what are you going to do, so that the two ministries can sit, discuss and agree on which formula to use? Will use the KNTC formula, which is going to be very expensive for this country? If KNTC gives an order of commodities and the prices of the goods abroad go down, KNTC is going to lose heavily."
