No. Nairobi Block 93/1418, a designated public utility plot between Plainsview Estate and Mombasa Road, allocated to a private developer? (b) Is the Minister aware that the said private developer has now acquired the plot and plans to construct a petrol station thereon? (c) Could he rescind the allocation and ensure the developer promptly vacates the site in line with the stated Government policy to stop illegal acquisition of public land?"
