"content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, noting from the response that in this Financial Year 2023/2024; the Government has budgeted for about Kshs17 million from about the Kshs42 million requested to build Ardhi House in Maralal town. It will take long for the residents of that county to get services noting that they have been lacking that registry since independence. I would like the Cabinet Secretary to tell this House whether he has measures to urgently or immediately hire a property to make sure that as they build Ardhi House, they have a property from which to give services to the residents of Samburu County. Is the Cabinet Secretary ready to hire property to provide services for the residents of Samburu County?"
