    "content": "Hon. Members, allow me to recognise a delegation from the National Assembly of the Republic of South Africa who are seated in the Speaker’s Gallery. The delegation comprises Members of the Chief Whip’s Forum. They are: 1. Ms. Pemmy Majodina, MP, Chief Whip of the Majority Party – Leader of the Delegation. 2. Ms. Mmatlala Boroto, Member of Parliament, House Chairperson – Internal Arrangements, National Assembly. 3. Dr Gerhardus Koornhof - Member of Parliament, Parliamentary Counsellor to the President. 4. Ms. Siviwe Gwarube – Member of Parliament, Chief Whip of the Opposition Party (DA). 5. Mr. Steven Swart - Member of Parliament, ACDP. 6. Mr. Nqabayomzi Kwankwa – Member of Parliament, UDM. 7. Mr. Ahmed M. Shaik-Emam – Member of Parliament, NFP. Hon. Members, the delegation is accompanied by three Parliamentary Officers. The delegation is on a visit to benchmark with their counterparts in the leadership offices and to explore ways to enhance their work as party functionaries and office bearers. Hon. Members, on my own behalf and that of the National Assembly, I welcome them to Parliament and wish them fruitful engagements during their stay in the country. I thank you."
