Regarding KEMSA, this is a problem that we all have as hon. Members, including myself; that although we may have constructed these dispensaries, not all of them have been properly gazetted. As soon as they are gazetted, then KEMSA can distribute drugs to them because there are certain cases where the health officials in the grassroots may not have inspected all these dispensaries.
