    "content": "The essence of this request is based on the fact that this June and all months of June in the calendar, are usually very consequential with regard to the management of public resources. It is the same month that we consider the Finance Bill, Budget Estimates and the Second Supplementary Budget when it is there. That is the reason I am requesting that we reduce the publication period, so that even the Second Supplementary Budget that we will move will be of consequence as we move to 30th June."
