    "content": "On the other hand, there are proposed amendments that, in my opinion, fall within the meaning of a Money Bill in terms of Article 114 of the Constitution. As you may have clearly noticed in the Order Paper, I directed the Clerk to publish such amendments with a disclaimer subject to provision of Article 114 of the Constitution placed under each of the affected amendments. Hon. Members, on the other hand, there are proposed Amendments that in my opinion, fall within the meaning of a Money Bill in terms of Article 114 of the Constitution.
