    "content": "I have been out of the Ministry of Health for the last two years, and nobody ever came to talk to me about any matter of that sort. Is this how the KACC is conducting, and wants to continue conducting its investigations? Does KACC want to conduct its investigations through third parties and, indeed, on the Floor of the House? Does KACC want to do this using people who are trying to cover up their past criminal activities? If indeed, this is the approach, the KACC has ceased to carry out its mandate, and I would like to ask if Hon. Justice Ringera is the right person for this job."
