My proposal was that Clause 2(b) of the Bill be amended in the proposed definition of Digital Content Monetisation by deleting Paragraph (h) which was about crowdfunding for raising funds for specific goals for a content creator or another person. My concern was “another person”. However, I have noted that the Committee has proposed an Amendment to this and so, I drop mine."
