It is true that the Speaker gave a ruling touching on certain clauses that were either exempted from consideration or allowed to proceed in light of Article 114 of our Constitution. In case you skip certain clauses outside the decision of the Speaker, it is important to let those who proposed amendments know that that does not form part of the Speaker’s decision."
