The clauses that the Speaker allowed to proceed even when marked as falling under Article 114 of the Constitution are clauses 2, 24, 33, 34, 36, 43, 76 and 78. I have just asked the Clerks-at-the-Table to give you a copy of the Communication, so that you stand guided. We have not breached that Communication at all."
