Now that this particular clause has a lot of contentions, I suggest that instead of leaving the Chairperson to move his amendments first, we should go through all other amendments so that in areas where there is concurrence with other Members, we agree as a House; where there is a difference in opinion, we can vote on the same. That is my proposal. Instead of the Chairperson going through many other avenues and the Members have not been given an opportunity to participate in the House, let us give them first the opportunity to prosecute their case and then we agree as a House.
