    "content": "proposal is that for the locals, Kenyans, I have no tax for this category. The Chairperson proposes that we tax them at 5 per cent. As I said earlier, this particular sector has created a lot of jobs for our young people. This is the time to encourage them so that we build a critical mass and maybe, in the future, tax them and collect a lot of money. Thank you."
