    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, when the Minister for Forestry and Wildlife was moving this Motion, he said in 2005, there was the creation of the Kenya Forestry Service (KFS) which was domesticated in 2007. I was in this Parliament. He said KFS has not been efficient because of lack of funds. This is contained in the HANSARD."
