Chairlady, on page 593 of the Order Paper, it reads in clause (d) ‘in sub-paragraph (vii) in the proposed paragraph (m) by deleting the word “fifteen” and substituting therefore the word “five”’. We are substituting 15 per cent with 5 per cent. The consequence of that is that the withholding tax that is going to be held to digital content monetisation is, therefore, going to be 5 per cent and not 15 per cent, as per the Supplementary Order Paper."
