    "content": "It is a court of law which has authority to do this. We cannot use this Report to revoke title deeds. We want to be very honest. If this Report can be used to revoke title deeds, then this is not a country where we want investors to invest. We want investors to invest here using the said title deeds, go to the bank, take loans and secure themselves. All of us who are here, buy houses on the basis of title deeds. Parliament pays each Member of Parliament who is here on that basis."
