    "content": " Thank you. I thought Hon. Mbui would start by first appreciating that we have reduced the proposed tax as per the Bill from Ksh3000 to Ksh2500. Let everyone pay the rightful share of tax. In fact, people are looking at it as if it is a new amendment. It is just an increase of that particular tax. It is there in the Finance Act. We really urge Hon. Mbui to allow everybody to pay their rightful share of tax."
