"content": " Hon. Chairlady, I support this proposed amendment by Hon. Oluoch for the simple reason that we have no justification whatsoever to punish young talented Kenyans, who are basically eking out a living from their own creativity. If we are to be fair to the youth of this country, this House should support the amendment by Hon. Oluoch in one accord. Otherwise, how will the youth ever get a chance to prosper? They are investing in content creation, and yet we are proposing a tax regime that will run them out of business. If we really mean well for the youth of this country, this is the time that we must stand firmly on our feet as a House and say “yes” to Hon. Oluoch’s amendment."
