    "content": "A quick comment on the two proposals—the advance tax on vans and now this digital content creation. That primary school teacher who sacrifices his time to go and teach Early Childhood Development (ECD) children, that nurse who spends very many hours in the theatre or taking care of patients in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), and that medical doctor who spends hours on end doing operations will pay their rightful share of tax. We are just saying let everybody pay their rightful share of tax. We have been unfairly targeting employed people so that they are the only ones paying taxes. Now, let us have everyone there."
