    "content": "Hon. Deputy Speaker, this is just a Procedural Motion to allow debate on the consideration of the Supplementary Estimates II for the Financial Year 2022/2023. We also have the County Allocation of Revenue Bill (Senate Bill No.16 of 2023) and the Equalisation Fund Appropriations Bill (Senate Bill No.3 of 2023). These Motions and Bills are sponsored by the Budget and Appropriations Committee and we need to avail time for their passage. These are very important financial Bills that have timelines.
