    "content": "Hon. Members, the proposed amendment which has been moved and seconded was in accordance with the Standing Orders. It was brought to the attention of the Chair and the Chair considered its constitutionality, compliance and consonance with other laws as are in place. It passed the test of being constitutional and lawful. So, in those circumstances, I am afraid we will have to allow debate to proceed on the amendment and take its full course."
