    "content": "The amendment to the amendment is drawing our attention to Sections 71 and 72 which speak about the right to life and liberty. It is presumed that you can only exercise your right to property when you have your life. Section 70 says:- “Whereas every person in Kenya is entitled to the fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual--- the enjoyment of those rights and freedoms by any individual does not prejudice the rights and freedoms of others or the public interest.”"
