But, once you grow grass for your cows like hay, boma rhodes or whatever other grass, the machinery to cut the grass once it is ready and also to bale the grass is very important. I hope that the budgetary process will allow the governors to do a lot of purchase of machinery for the development of pasture so that we who are in pastoralist communities can now grow grass and find it easier to process that grass into edible fodder."
