On many Kenyan roads, the Ministry of Roads has gone ahead and indicated areas where we have black spots where we have had notorious accidents. They have even gone ahead to put skeletons to indicate the black spots. Some causes of road accidents are out of the design of roads. What is the Ministry doing to correct areas with black spots especially some that only require pumps? What is the Ministry doing to correct areas that have had perennial accidents?"
