    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise under Standing Order No. 53(1), to seek a Statement from the Standing Committee on Trade, Industrialization and Tourism, on the state of Financial Inclusion Fund nationally but specifically its impact on the residents of Kisumu County. In the Statement, the Committee should - (1) State the amount of funds allocated to the Financial Inclusion Fund popularly known as the ‘Hustler Fund’ since its establishment, against the loans disbursed, savings deducted, repayments and defaults; disclosing profits or losses incurred if any. (2) State the number and amount of loans disbursed to individuals nationwide, stating the geographical location and status of loan repayments and default. (3) Provide details of the beneficiary of the funds in Kisumu County, disclosing the amounts borrowed, nature of use, savings deducted and repayment status. (4) Lastly, address concerns about the sustainability of the Hustler Fund, considering the current state of the Kenyan economy and propose remedies if any. I thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
