    "content": "Those are some of the highlights from that Report. Of course, a debate ensued thereafter and Legislators made robust submissions. They discussed ratification of the Malabo Protocol, budgetary constraints in the Assembly and many more. Again, there are so many African Union agreements that I encourage Members to look at. Apart from the Malabo Agreement, let us look at the Abuja Agreement and others, where our Heads of State have given resolutions that affect the way we operate. They are proposing nice recommendations on the way forward."
