Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to end by thanking this House for nominating Sen. Mungatana and I to represent you in this Parliament. I assure Members that we will do our best and make sure that we are felt in the Continent. Mr. Speaker, Sir, although it is going to come in the next report, we are very proud as Kenyans. This is because in the seventh session our own Head of State gave a sterling statement that gave him a standing ovation from the whole continent. Mr. Speaker, I wish to move and ask Sen.
