"content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I rise to second this Motion and make a few comments on the same. There are three recommendations that are coming out from this convening. One is that we build capacity of policy makers. Two, that we implement the gender responsive laws. Three, we domesticate legal instruments under the labour migration. I know that there are many legislators who might not know or see the interest of the Pan-African Parliament (PAP). Perhaps, it is because they do not understand the power that we have as African nations to unite, come together and have a bargaining power that is united.
