    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I merely took up from what he said; that before they aligned the road, many accidents had occurred and many people had died. It is an acknowledgement. Those deaths need not to have happened if the road had been put up in the manner it is now. There would have been no need for realignment of this road, which has caused the deaths of so many Kenyans. The Assistant Minister is admitting that the accidents were as a result of the Government’s failure to realign the roads during construction. All I am asking is, in light of this admission, whether the Government could consider compensating the families and victims of all those who have perished at that scene."
