    "content": "On the appointed day, all actions, suits or legal proceedings proceedings pending by or against the Agriculture and Food Authority in relation to the cotton sector shall be carried on or prosecuted by or against the Board, and no action, suit or legal proceedings shall in any manner abate or be prejudicially affected by the enactment of this Act."
