    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I want to second this Motion by the Chair of Budget and Appropriation Committee, Hon. Ndindi Nyoro. We have a number of constitutional Bills that have timelines. We have the County Allocation Bill, Equalisation Bill and Appropriation Bill, which are very important for this House and the country, so that we can have money disbursed to our counties and to this House. I do not want to belabour too much. I second."
