    "content": "As we are discussing this and going forward, it will be very important that the National Treasury and all MDAs improve their financial management and record keeping. The unrealistic projections will affect how we manage our affairs in the country. If it is not realistic, there will be revenues falling short or expenditures shooting away from what the statements and numbers approved by Parliament indicate.
