    "content": "The Equalisation Bill was tabled here yesterday. If you look at the Equalisation Bill, you will realise that some places are far apart with regard to development and yet, we all belong to Kenya. We find ourselves in this situation because of the unequal distribution of resources since time immemorial. A good example is Moiben Constituency which has yet to be captured in this Equalisation Fund and yet, we still have impassable roads. Our classrooms are still made of mud and are without electricity or water and yet, we are all Kenyans living in Kenya. As we tax Kenyans, let the money be used or distributed equally so that everyone gets a share of the cake."
