However, the Chair found the answer she gave unsatisfactory. Now, this is` exactly the same answer the Vice-President and Minister for Home Affairs has read. It was found unsatisfactory because she admitted that the prison was holding above its capacity. She was asked to tell the House how many inmates it should hold. How many is it holding now? She was not able to answer those questions last time. The Vice-President has read the same answer."
