    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Chairlady. I support this amendment by Hon. Ndindi Nyoro who is the Chairman of the Budget and Appropriations Committee. For sure, they have done a good job. Housing is one of the key development factors for Kenya Kwanza. I support this amendment because they have decided to ring-fence this money that is going to the housing project. This will go a long way in giving jobs to the young people who are suffering out here, and creating households to young people who do not have houses. A good example is in Kisii, where we have shortage of land. This will go a long way in giving houses to the young people in our area. I am very sure that Kenya is going to be a construction site and many young people are going to benefit from the Housing Levy."
