    "content": "This is capital expenditure incentive provided for construction of bulk grain handling facilities supporting the SGR. This incentive was for this sector but is expiring on 31st December 2023. Such huge investments would need to be given a longer duration of time so as to make sense to these businesses because they involve a very huge cash flow. The proposal is to extend the expiry date of this incentive from 31st December, 2023 to 31st December, 2024. I hope this is clear."
