Temporary Chairlady, even though this was one of the non-exempt ones and it touches on the fuel levy, it is a 100 per cent increment on fuel levy and petroleum products. This will have an effect on the manufacturing industry, cost of transport and electricity. Generally, it will place Kenyans who are already suffering in a very precarious situation in terms of their daily life. This clause should be dropped.
