    "content": "Members who have proposed the amendments to ventilate theirs first and then later allow the chairs to ventilate theirs. This is so that if these ones collapse, as they might or not, then the amendments by the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning comes last. I can see the Chair agreeing with me. Once we carry these amendments, there might be no need to listen to the other Members. Please guide us."
