Under the clause that we have voted on, ordinarily, there would be no debate, but we opened it and let Members to ventilate even though the amendment was not on the Order Paper. In this case, we will continue with the amendment by the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning. Some of the amendments, thereof, will be affected depending on how this one goes but we will give priority to this one as listed in the Order Paper. I will give the first chance to the Member for Dagoretti North."
