For the first time, I want to appreciate what the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Finance and National Planning, my friend whom I was with in the Parliamentary Accounts Committee (PAC) for five years, did. The Committee Members have appreciated the work of public participation. How I wish they could do this with regard to all the clauses. The people are crying. If you can hear their views and accommodate them in a clause and make the changes, it will not change your status in the society. You will be appreciated now and forever."
