If Members have similar amendments to that of the Committee, the Committee's amendment take priority. Members need to understand that bit. Unfortunately, they have not understood it and that is why they are demanding that you allow them first. The moment we carry an amendment of the Committee, then all the amendments which are similar to the Committee’s amendment fall. That is the way we should proceed. There should be no any other argument about it so that we move forward."
