Section 12 of the Value Added Tax Act, 2013 is section 12 of No. 35 amended by inserting the following new subsection of 2013. immediately after subsection (1) – (1A) Subject to sub-section (1), in the case of the national carrier, the time of supply shall be the date on which the goods are delivered or services performed."
